In an effort to regain its focus on the company’s original business model, Order Logistics, Inc., has announced that its new name and symbol is now World Logistics Services Inc., WLSV.
The company sold its wholly owned subsidiary, Order Logistics of Illinois and the Solve (IT)2 platform. The sale eliminated approximately $3,000,000 in company debt as well removed over $500,000 in annual administrative salaries. For the first time in its history the company feels that through current operations, and the development of a new warehousing and intermodal subsidiary, the company will generate a positive cash flow.
The immediate benefits will allow World Logistics Services, Inc. to become profitable as well as set the building blocks for an international full service supply chain logistics company. Along with the changes, the company will be able to provide a complete array of services already being demanded by major international customers.
The company will now focus on its business model, which is “To build a full service supply chain logistics company that will be profitable and experience dramatic growth through this new year”
