Willow Creek Enterprises Inc. issued an update on the exploration program being conducted at the company’s gold and silver mining property in the United States.
Willow Creek Enterprises has completed fifteen exploratory drill holes at the Hercules Gold and Silver Property located in Lyon County, Nevada. The company has decided to increase the amount of exploratory drilling at the property.
The previous program at the Hercules Gold and Silver Property called for between twelve and fourteen drill holes as part of the initial phase of the program. Willow Creek Enterprises did not specify how many additional holes will be drilled.
The exploratory program is being performed by the company and O’Keefe Drilling, a managing agent that specializes in this type of activity. Herb Duerr of MinQuest Inc. is the advising geologist on the project.
Willow Creek Enterprises has sent the core samples for ten drill holes to a laboratory for analysis. The results of these samples will be disclosed to shareholders when available.
The Hercules Gold and Silver project consists of 88 mining claims on 1,760 acres located in the Walker Lane Mineral Belt. The company estimates that the property may have an indicated resource of approximately 583,000 equivalent ounces of gold.
