The CEO and President of Photo Violation Technology, stated, “It is a great honor to be working with a company like IBM at this stage of our company. Upon completion of this contract, we will be able to virtually guarantee the scalability of our PhotoViolationMeter(TM) System to any size municipality or private parking company who wishes to implement it.”
