Natco International announced yesterday that it has been receiving many requests for newspaper and radio interviews. The company recently delivered 100 high-tech PhotoViolationMeters Falls within the last two months, and debut the WiCity free wireless network, both of which have interested the media.
Several newspapers have already discussed the benefits that the technology can bring to the city. The Buffalo News called it “A fine innovation for the streets of Niagara Falls.” Gizmag, a magazine covering invention, innovation, and emerging technologies called it “a networking parking meter solution designed to bring efficiency and fairness.” The Niagara Gazette interviewed one of the users on the street, who said he prefers paying for the service because “It’s better than paying $10, $15 at a lot just to park for an hour or two.”
