American Food Company’s stock was recently awarded at $0.40 Price Target and “Speculative Buy” rating from Beacon Equity Research. The company manufactures and markets beef jerky and other snack foods under the “Reinhold & Timko Beef Snacks” brand name.
In Wall Street News Alert’s report, the relatively low trading price of 10 cents was highlighted and how it compares with other American classics which are trading as high as $60. Beacon Equity stated in its research report, “We like the Company’s growth prospects and are initiating coverage of American Food shares with a Speculative Buy rating and a $.40 price target based on a premium Price/Sales multiple to projected 2008 revenues.”
American Food Holdings is a company with over 210 years of experience in the production of fine quality beef and meat snacks in the United States. The Beef Snack industry provides excellent opportunity for the company to grow as consumers turn towards low carbohydrate foods.
