Viva World Trade, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VVWT) and its Mexican subsidiary Canmex Imports (the “Company”, “Viva” or “Canmex”), an importer and distributor of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Mexico, are pleased to announce that the Company has signed a $1,000,000 Funding Agreement.
The first tranche of $250,000 of this equity financing has already been completed and the funds have been received by the Company with the balance anticipated to be completed within the next thirty days. The investor is an accredited individual and an original shareholder of the Company.
Viva and Canmex are now positioned with sufficient cash and product inventory available to meet all current obligations and to continue to pursue their aggressive business plan.
In addition to the signed Funding Agreement, the Company has also received unsolicited offers from professional investment firms to provide funding for its ongoing business operations. These unsolicited offers were unequivocally rejected by Company management as they did not add shareholder value or benefit the Company’s current business strategy.
