VirtualHealth Technologies, Inc. (VHGI.OB) & Private Access, Inc. Debut ENVOII System Tray Notifier™ at Health 2.0 Conference

The Envoii subsystem is licensed from Envoii Healthcare, L.L.C., a wholly-owned subsidiary of VirtualHealth Technologies, Inc. Private Access recently entered into a licensing agreement with Envoii to bundle the Envoii technology into their current software suite. The complete package, including the ENVOII System Tray Notifier(TM) technology, is being presented by Private Access during the Health 2.0 Conference in San Francisco. This is a timely partnership since Private Access is known for being a developer of easy-to-use, powerful web-based tools that allow patients and healthcare professionals to control both the privacy and accessibility of confidential personal health records.

“We plan to launch early next year a series of applications that harmonize an individual’s right to privacy and to manage access to that information for those who most need it and are authorized to see it,” says Robert Shelton, Founder and CEO of Private Access. “As a participant in the discussion about how the issues of privacy, confidentiality and security will impact consumer confidence in Health 2.0, we’ll debut our online products that particularly address the recruitment of study subjects for research and clinical trials.” Shelton continues, “We are particularly excited to be able to add the ENVOII System Tray Notifier (TM) as part of our offering.”

Marc Kirshbaum, President and COO of Private Access and co-presenter at the Health 2.0 Conference will speak on the subject of Consumer privacy and the important task of using new technology to find study subjects who meet the criteria of particular research initiatives. Health 2.0 attendees are invited to participate in this dynamic speaking event.
