VirTra Systems, Inc. (VTSI.OB) Share Prices Increase an Additional 11.11% Wednesday Morning

VTSI.OB shares continued to reach for higher prices after creating a base at $0.008 last week. Monday the price per share increased 8.43% and Tuesday the stock market was closed for New Years Day. The Company has moved forward considerably with its business plan throughout the year of 2007.

VirTra Systems recently announced unaudited results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007. The total revenue reportedly increased 164% from $462,921 for the third quarter of 2006 to over $1.2 million. Major General Perry V. Dalby (USA-Retired), CEO of Virtra Systems, commented, “This quarter’s best-ever performance is significant and reflects continued quarter-over-quarter growth.”

Throughout the third quarter, the company sold, upgraded or installed its IVR small arms simulators for the United States Air Force, the Department of Defense, the United States Navy, the United States Marine Corps, United Sates Marshals Service, the Kansas City Police Department, in addition to other police departments and training academies. As stated by management, “VirTra Systems continues in its efforts to further stimulate sales and building shareholder value.”
