VirTra Systems, Inc. announced that it has received a small arms training simulator order from the United States Army. The system features high-definition judgmental use-of-force scenarios, marksmanship/target training, an OC pepper spray training system, and weapon training conversion kits allowing trainees to safely train using their own weapons without the need for permanent modifications.
The order included VirTra Systems’ scenario authoring station, which allows customers to easily and quickly develop their own training scenarios. The advanced customization platform makes training more specific to each customer’s criteria at a considerable cost savings compared to custom-produced filmed scenarios.
The CEO, Major Perry V. Dalby, stated, “We continue to receive new and repeat simulator orders from all branches of our military. In addition, I soon expect certain pending international tenders to also be forthcoming.”
He continued to add, “VirTra Systems is now well-positioned to continue its recent growth. When added together, our new mobile live-fire trailer product and our successful IVR 4G military and IVR HD law enforcement product lines, with single-screen and fully immersive models, offer solutions to fit any budget and satisfy any small arms training need.”
