VirTra Systems, Inc. (VTSI.OB) Receives Purchase Order from Department of Veterans Affairs

VirTra announced today that it has received an IVR base small arms training simulator order from the Department of Veterans Affairs. The simulator order also requested hi-definition accessories such as VirTra Systems’ judgmental use-of-force, marksmanship, and target training scenario library, a lowlight training system, handgun training- conversion kits, and two of VirTra Systems’ patent-pending Threat-Fire(TM) return-fire simulator belts.

VirTra Systems’ Vice President of simulation, Michael Kitchen, stated, “’The Department of Veterans Affairs is a large nationwide organization, and I am very pleased that it has chosen our IVR small arms simulator to train its police and security personnel.” He continued to add, “Award of this tender is significant as it opens the door to other opportunities within this large and prestigious organization. We are committed to advancing small arms training to the highest levels of realism and service within all branches of our military and federal security agencies.”

The company’s CEO, Major General Perry V. Dalby, commented, “We are pleased that market share of VirTra Systems’ full range of small arms training simulators, from single-screen to fully immersive models, continues to grow. Our IVR simulators meet an important need within the military, security, and law enforcement markets providing highly effective immersive small arms training at competitive pricing.”
