Utah Uranium Corp. (UTUC.OB) Enters Negotiations to Joint Venture on Potash Property

Utah Uranium Corp. (UTUC.OB), a Utah-based junior exploration and development company focused on the acquisition of highly sought after, energy-related opportunities, recently announced the company’s acquisition of the Ernestina Lake Potash property in Alberta, Canada. This property includes 192,000 contiguous hectares (474,400 acres) of potash claims, east of the town of Unity, Saskatchewan, the site of Canada’s first potash mine.

Since the acquisition, Utah Uranium Corp. has received several joint venture inquiries and is currently moving forward with discussions with more than one potential partnership group. The company’s management team is conducting their due diligence to ensure quickest development of the project in order to generate revenue and produce rewards for shareholders.

Utah Uranium Corporation is focused on the acquisition of past-producing uranium mines that can be brought back into production in the near term with low capital expenditure. All of the mines currently in the company’s acquisition pipeline are within economic haul distances of the White Mesa Mill in Blanding, Utah, owned by Denison Mines. The white Mesa Uranium Mill is currently the only operating uranium mill in the United States.
