USTelematics, Inc. (UTLM.OB) Unveils Breakthrough Technology and New Products at the 2008 International Consumer Electronics Show

This week at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, USTelematics showed off its revolutionary product lines. The USTelematics product lines have introduced revolutionary advances in automobile-based digital communications, mobile wi-fi internet access and rear-seat entertainment for traveling families. The highlight of the show is Voyager the company’s Mobile IPTV that works with either DirecTV or Dish Network. The system, available in monitor sizes from 7’’ to 12’’, offers users access to hundreds of channels of live and stored TV shows, movies, music, online games and more all in the comfort of your moving vehicle.

USTelematics also offers products such as CarPCs which allow the buyer to use an exciting new range of Windows Embedded multimedia personal computers. This also makes possible mobile internet access and GPS featuring turn by turn directions. These CarPCs are designed to fit in any type of vehicle ranging from subcompact cars all the way up to RVs. Other in-car products include Gamezone, for home video game console use, and Vivee, the speaking email and text messaging service.

Today USTelematics signed a deal with electronics distribution giant D&H Distributing. D&H will handle USTelematics Voyager Mobile IPTV and rear-seat entertainment system, and the Company’s Vivee voice enhanced mobile messaging products. Under the agreement, D&H Distributing will distribute USTelematics’ advanced communications and rear-seat mobile entertainment product lines alongside the world’s best-known electronics brands.

D&H serves many of the largest electronics retailers in North America including Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, CompUSA, Circuit City, Amazon.com, J&R Computer World, Electronics Boutique, Gamestop, BJ’s, retail college bookstores, and more. Major, well-recognized consumer electronics brands supplied by D&H are Microsoft, Lenovo, Samsung, Cisco and many others.

USTelematics has been in developing stages since its inception in October of 2005. Sales of products should begin shortly and revenues are expected to skyrocket based on the current spending of consumers on automobile electronics. The company has over $1.4 million in working capital and boasts the support of nearly $2.9 million in Assets.
