uKarma Corp. (OTCBB: UKMA) today announced its exclusive international distributor, Northern Response (International) Ltd., will commence international sales of uKarma’s Xflowsion DVD series at the Electronic Home Shopping Conference in late June.
Taking part in the conference, held in Monte Carlo, Monaco, will allow the company to showcase Xflowsio, the only exercise program that the company claims successfully combines the best elements of martial arts, power yoga and dance, into one workout that produces maximized results.
Xflowsion is was filmed in high definition with 5.1 surround sound and features a live band to create a motivating and fun atmosphere for the viewer. Northern Response expects Xflowsion to quickly gain popularity spanning the worldwide fitness industry.
“We are excited to work with Northern Response on launching our Xflowsion DVD series internationally” Bill Glaser, CEO of uKarma stated in the press release. “Xflowsion will be distributed in up to 90 countries by a company responsible for some of the most successful lifestyle DVD sales around the world. We expect Northern Response to use their distribution channels to dramatically grow our international sales.”

Per the agreement, Northern Response will have the rights to license and broadcast the Xflowsion infomercial produced by uKarma, as well as a non-exclusive right to use the trademarks and to market, distribute and sub-license the infomercial and trademarks worldwide.
