TrinityCare Senior Living, Inc., the developer and manager of quality senior-living facilities focusing on enriching the faith of the residents and providing state-of-the-art independent living, assisted living, memory care and adult day care services, recently announced the company’s aggressive expansion strategy for 2010. TrinityCare Senior Living expects to triple the number of residential units currently owned and managed through the development of new senior care facilities.
Through its wholly-owned management company, TrinityCare Senior Living is developing two new communities in Houston, two in the state of Louisiana and two in Eastern Tennessee. These six new communities will add approximately 480 new residential units to the company’s senior-living facilities portfolio, bringing the total number of owned and managed residential units to more than 700.
Donald W. Sapaugh, chairman and chief executive officer of TrinityCare Senior Living, Inc., stated, “We have excellent lenders who are actively involved in assisting us with financing for our expansion. We have been very strategic in selecting markets where the economic climate is strong relative to the rest of the country, where construction costs are low and demand is high.” Mr. Sapaugh continued, “These strict requirements should allow us to experience successful expansion with excellent lease-up potential.”
