Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company, Inc. (TPAC) Announces Passing of Independent Testing

Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company, Inc. is a corporation on the rise. Located in San Marino, California, Trans-Pacific has quickly earned a stellar reputation in the business of designing, engineering and manufacturing self-lubricating spherical bearings for commercial aircraft. Today, Trans-Pacific announced spherical bearings from its China subsidiary have passed all independent laboratory testing under SAE Aerospace Standard 81820.

The rigorous testing was conducted by Independent Testing Labs, Inc. in Costa Mesa, California and included tests for radical static limit road, axial static limit load, oscillation under radial load, no load rotational breakaway torque, fluid contamination, subzero temperature and bond integrity and peel strength.

Bearings made by Godfrey Guanghou Aerospace Bearings, the wholly owned foreign entity of Godfrey (China) Limited, which is Trans-Pacific’s 25%-owned subsidiary, have been submitted to the U.S. Navy for official qualification testing. The testing will be completed by the end of September.

Leading the way at Trans-Pacific is Bill McKay whom serves as the CEO of the young company. In reference to the government testing, McKay stated, “We are hopeful that the independent results will be mirrored by qualification and verification testing by the U.S. Navy. Should we pass, we will be able to commence sales and full production in October, with our Guangzhou facility becoming the first and only manufacturer in China qualified to produce SAE-AS81820 aerospace quality bearings.”

Currently, Trans-Pacific Aerospace is trading in the $0.10 range. To learn more about this story or the company as a whole, visit www.transpacificaerospace.com
