Titan Global Holdings, Inc. (TTGL.OB), a high-growth diversified holding company, announced that Titan Apparel Inc., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, has purchased a majority of all of the assets of Global Brand Marketing, Inc; including inventory, accounts receivable, and intellectual property.
Global Brand Marketing, Inc is located in Santa Barbara, CA. The company owns the popular brands Dry-shod, No Mass, Mehandi and Funflopps. Additionally, GBMI has also been recognized as the global licensee for well-known brands that include Nautica, Sean John, and 7ForAllMankind. Since their inception in 1996, GBMI sold over $1 billion worth of footwear.
