Today, Intelligentias announced that three positions will be made in order to accommodate Royston Hoggarth, Luigi Caramico, and Mario Mene.
Mr. Hoggarth has a wealth of experience from serving in senior management positions at a number of telcoms, wireless, and technology services companies. He is currently serving as a Managing Director for an investment banking boutique, Chairman of IPSL Ltd and ANT PLC, in addition to being a venture partner of Wellington Partners Venture Capital of Strategic Capital.
Mr. Caramico who is currently the president of Intelligentias, will be joining the Board of Directors. For three years he was the President, CEO and Cofounder of SysteamUS, Inc. and patented a VOD video server/DVD archiving system.
Mr. Mene, who is currently the Chief Technology Officer of the Company, will also be serving on the Board of Directors. He has a list of accomplishments that is sure to assist Intelligentias’ strategy for business growth. He was previously a Technology Advisor for Acantho SpA plus a Chief Technology Officer and Board Member for SysteamUS Inc.
Luigi Caramico, President of Intelligentias, is extremely pleased to see Royston and Hoggarth join the Intelligentias team. He believes that Mr. Royston’s expertise will be very valuable to Intelligentias and Mr. Mene will be an invaluable member on the Senior Management staff.
