U.S. Microbics is looking to expand their customer base by acquiring a company that supplies, markets, and delivers environmental materials in the Southwestern U.S. marketplace. The letter of intent filed by the company includes the procedures, time frames, roles and responsibilities of both parties in the acquisition. U.S. Microbics, Parent company of SSWM, announced that they have launched a new website containing significant information on today’s chief environmental problems. Sub-Surface Waste Management (SSWM.OB) Subsidiary Acquires Projects From Puebla University

Sub-Surface Waste Management’s subsidiary, Environmental Tec International, S.A. de C.V. (ETI), has signed an agreement to contract services for two environmental cleanup projects in Puebla, Mexico. There was also a meeting with the Governor and BUAP staff to schedule work in Puebla and discuss the dates to start two additional projects that were previously approved this year by the State legislature. The two projects are valued at $2 Million and were contracted through BUAP with ETI acting as the subcontractor. Sub-Surface Waste Management (SSWM.OB), reported that officials from its Mexico subsidiary company Environmental Tec International, S.A. de C.V. (ETI) have signed an agreement with Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla (BUAP) to contract services for the State Ministry for the Environment for two environmental cleanup projects in Puebla, Mexico.
