Study Points to Problems with Arthritis Pharmaceuticals

Martin Nutraceuticals Inc. (MNCL) cites a recent Canadian press article on Prexige, a member of the same drug class as Vioxx gaining Health Canada approval. Prexige is also a Cox-2 inhibitor which has been brought to market as a treatment for new acute and chronic pain due to osteoarthritis of the knee in adults.
