Nhale, Inc. (NHLE) To Form Subsidiary with Solid Initial Oregon Grower Appraisal
With initial due diligence on a prospective Oregon grower yielding positive results, Nhale announced its plans to form a subsidiary in the state of Oregon. The subsidiary will be for production of legal marijuana. On October 31, Nhale inked a letter of intent with a privately-held Oregon grower. It is close to finalizing due diligence on the prospect and its capabilities to grow and distribute marijuana.
