eFuture Information Technology, a leading provider of software and services in China's rapidly growing retail and consumer goods industries, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Guofang Group to provide its leading customer relationship management (CRM) services. Guofang, a major department store and supermarket retail operator in northwestern China, was established in 1996.
