"The Safety Act" recently introduced and now pending in Congress, has business potential for Retentia, the world's leader in Data Retention. and a unit of Intelligentias, Inc. (ITLI). The bill is similar to the one passed by the European Union Parliament in May 2006, which is scheduled for implementation across the nations of Europe in 2007, via implementing legislation to be passed by each member Country.
