Loans Paid Off and Drilling Underway for CanAm Uranium (CAUI.OB)

CanAm Uranium Corp. (CAUI.OB) reports that loans from this quarter, reported in the 10Q-SB have been paid in full and on time. In addition, the US$600,000 financing announced March 05, 2007 has closed on time. The second round of $1,000,000 is expected to close on or before May 25, 2007. The best news is that Drilling has begun. CanAm Uranium’s (CAUI.OB) Halo Prospect at Bancroft has had a Rich Mineral History

CanAm Uranium Corp. (CAU.OB) is working a property, known as the Halo Prospect, in the Bancroft area of Ontario, Canada that has a rich mineral history.  The Halo Property, located in Cardiff Township, is comprised of 12 claim units totaling 4,793 acres, which were staked over 6 uranium deposits.  In 1955, 16 trenches and 27 diamond drill holes (5,064 feet total) were completed on the Pyroxenite Zone, and identified uranium mineralization occurring over a length of 800 feet. CanAm Uranium Corp. (CAUI) Spent Over $450k for Mineral Property Acquisitions During the Recently Ended Quarter

In filing its Quarterly Report, CanAm Uranium Corp. (CAUI) reported that it has spent over $450,000 on mineral property acquisitions during the quarter, including the Bancroft claims in Ontario, Canada and the Wheeler-Beckett property in Saskatchewan, Canada.
