Drilling Advancing Rapidly at Bancroft for CanAm Uranium Corp. (CAUI.OB)

CanAm Uranium Corp.'s (CAUI.OB)  Dr. Michael Hitch, Head of Field Operations for CanAm was recently interviewed on Stockhouse.  During the conversation, Hitch announced that drilling in Bancroft was advancing rapidly, with three holes already completed. He also stated that good lengths of uranite mineralization have been found. ``We're now drilling on the Amalgamated Rare Earth No. 2 property and look to have assay results by the end of April,'' Dr. Hitch said. Ownership Transfer of Wheeler-Beckett Claims in Saskatchewan Puts CanAm Uranium (CAUI.OB) on the Map

This afternoon, CanAm announced it has been notified that the title transfer for the Wheeler Beckett Claims is now complete. CanAm Uranium Corp. CanAm Uranium (CAUI) has Ignited the Long Silent Uranium Industry in Bancroft Ontario after 25 Years

CanAm Uranium has announced it is in the early stages of a $500,000 work program which could see uranium mining resume in the Bancroft area. The program will consist of 1,650 metres of drilling on a property that was once home to four past producing mines which produced 14,862,652 pounds of uranium between 1956 and 1982.
