Budget Waste Inc. is Awarded Contract to Provide Curbside Waste Collection

Budget Waste Inc. (Other OTC:BDGW.PK - News) has been awarded the contract to provide residential curbside collection for Langdon, Alberta. This contract increases BWI's presence in the residential waste collection market. Kelly Podmoroff, Operations Manager, stated, ``With this contract, BWI now services the majority of towns in areas surrounding the City of Calgary.'' Budget Waste Inc. Approves a Reverse Stock Split

BWI (Pink Sheets: BDWT) announces that at the Board of Directors meeting August 29, 2006, the Board approved a reverse stock split of one share of common stock for each thirty shares of common stock presently outstanding.
