Budget Waste Inc. Approves a 1 for 2 Stock Dividend

Budget Waste Inc. announces that at the Board of Directors meeting December 1, 2006, the Board approved a stock dividend of one common share for every two shares held of record as of December 20, 2006. Budget Waste Inc. Signs Agreement With Panda Tank and Vac Truck Services Inc.

Budget Waste Inc. signs a one year agreement with Panda Tank & Vac Truck Services Inc., to provide Combo Vac Truck Services for Panda customers in northern Alberta. BWI will work with Panda to expand its oilfield services to clientele throughout Northern and Central Alberta, British Columbia, the Yukon, and the Northwest Territories.
