Budget Waste Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BDGW) today announced that a letter of intent has been signed with Highmark Hydrovac Services Ltd. Highmark services the oilfield and industrial sectors in the foothills corridor and has been increasing its volume of service in this area. Hydrovac services are one of BWI's rapidly expanding divisions with operations throughout Alberta. Highmark will bring added territory and allow BWI to capture more market share with the additional equipment and customer base they will bring to the operation.
