Tactical Solution Partners, Inc. (TTSR.OB) Shareholders Approves Corporate Name Change

The shareholders of Tactical Solution Partners, Inc., an innovative homeland security technology and services firm, have approved a proposal to change the name of the Company to Brekford International Corporation. The name was first unanimously approved by The Board of Directors in February and then approved by the shareholders on April 25, 2008 at the company’s special stockholders meeting.

The new name is a part of the growth strategy outlined by the Company’s Board of Directors as well as recognizes the Company’s founders C.B. Brechin and Scott Rutherford. The new name is designed to be a more recognizable brand name for the Company’s products and services, both in the United States and internationally.

The company is also anticipating changing the ticker name to reflect the new name. The OTC Bulletin Board is expected to provide a new common stock symbol the week of May 5, 2008 which the Company will announce as soon as it becomes available. Once the new ticker is received, the process will be completed in regards to the name change. The company expects to continue business as usual by maintaining the same high growth business plan and operations, assets and reporting requirements.

“While the new name is symbolic it is also important from a very real business perspective as we move forward on our national and international marketing initiatives,” said William A. Shafley, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. “With the recently accelerating sales of our products and services — including our law enforcement vehicle upfitting services and our body armor systems– we feel like this is the ideal time to execute the corporate name change.”
