Tactical Air Defense Services, Inc. (TADF.OB), one of the country’s leading suppliers of air combat training, mid-air refueling, aerial water-bombing, and other airborne support services, announced that the company has inked a deal with accredited investors for financing.
The newly found funds will be used to aid the company in securing additional assets for operation costs as well as allowing for a greater working capital expenditure. Currently, Tactical is working on securing various government contracts and exploring new business opportunities that are not recognized at this time.
The company will be mailing shareholders a copy of the annual report and proxy statement before the end of the year.
