The Director of Research for Micros Report, Michael Willingham, rated Tactical Air Defense Services a “Speculative Buy”. The company provides air combat training, mid-air refueling and other airborne support services to the U.S. and foreign military forces, in addition to offering airborne tanker fire fighting to state governments.
The company recently announced an exclusive agreement to operate the only IL-76 supertanker fire-fighting aircraft in the nation, announced a newly created advisory board, re-purchased shares of the company, acquired new equity financing, and has taken additional steps to build shareholder value.
Mr. Willingham stated, “TADF expects to have their first IL-76 earning revenues by Q1 2008. The company also expects to add additional revenues each remaining quarter of the year by bringing an additional aircraft on-line.” He continued, “The items providing TADF its positive momentum are the advisors and consultants to the company, the access to aircraft, and the plan to attract contract revenues for the services they are able to provide.”
