Superior Oil and Gas Co., (SIOR) announced today that its two wells in Logan County, Oklahoma, have been completed. The Chickie Number 1 well and the Gayla Number 1 well are now hooked up to gas and oil lines. Mr. Lloyd stated, “We are excited to have these wells completed and look forward to monitoring them for the next 90 days to see what the ultimate production will be.”
Superior Oil and Gas recently signed three agreements with PVR Midstream, LLC. PVR Midstream will purchase natural gas from Chickie Number 1, Lonesome River A Number 1, and Gayla Number 1 wells. The company plans on drilling additional wells in the area and has executed an agreement with Kepco Oil and Gas Exploration to purchase 1,600 acres of undeveloped oil and gas lease.
Superior Oil and Gas Co. is located in Calumet, Oklahoma. The company is currently in the process of exploring and developing other wells for gas and oil production. Superior Oil and Gas intends on drilling additional wells in the surrounding area.
