Stratos Renewables Corp. (SRNW.OB) Presentation Now Available on RedChip's Website

Starting off the presentation, a video of CEO Tony Salas describing the business strategy of the Stratos Renewables was shown. This same video is available on our website at www.qualitystocks.net/stratos. The person presenting the company at the RedChip conference apologized that Tony Salas wasn’t able to personally present the company, but explained that he was involved in other investor conferences taking place in Peru.

In December the company announced that it changed its name to Stratos and acquired a line of financing totaling $320 million. The Company has plans to apply for an AMEX listing in the near term future and is exploring a dual listing in Europe.

The company has plenty of room to expand as it has over 250,000 ha of land available in the targeted region and has already executed an LOI to acquire a sizable portion. The CEO is a former Vice-Minister of Agriculture, a position appointed directly by the President of Peru, and has extensive experience in sugarcane cultivation.

During the presentation, an overview of the Advisory Board was also given, highlighting the experience and achievements of each accomplished professional. One of the principle highlights for the company is its production location. The location of Peru provides the highest yields of sugarcane per hectare, tax-free exports to the U.S.A. under F.T.A., and a source of low cost land & labor.

The northern coast of Peru has 150 years of history in sugarcane production with an ideal climate for growing sugarcane. In addition, soils in the coast are alluvial and alkaline. Perhaps most important is the fact that the crops can be grown year-round, unlike many other locations that are currently used for ethanol production.

Investments have been flowing into the country as its leadership strengthens and stables the economy. A $1 billion investment in a NYSE IPO was just one of multiple examples given for the year 2007. The expansion strategy was laid out well and clearly illustrated the opportunity Stratos Renewables has, as well as its investors. Production estimates have projected that Stratos’ average cane yield will reach 180+ tons/ha per year.
