Transnational Automotive Group (TAUG) (OTCBB:TAMG), a Nevada corporation, is a transportation management, sales and manufacturing company that has been established through key acquisitions of transportation and automotive businesses. TAUG is headquartered in Seattle, with initial International operations rolling out in Cameroon, Tunisia, Niger, and the Philippines. Our mission is to establish a new paradigm for the transportation industry of developing countries with next generation low-cost and energy efficient engines, parts and vehicles. TAUG’s vision is to become a leading provider of transportation management, and vehicle sales in the developing world.
The Opportunity: Sustainable Transportation Networks
Developing countries typically need adequate transportation networks and services. TAUG is addressing this need by building countrywide transportation networks that utilize lower cost alternatively powered vehicles.
The result can be a more engergy-efficient, vibrant economy.
Project Focus: Rural Bus Service in Cameroon
TAUG manages an ecosystem of subsidiaries that provide transportation management, vehicle manufacturing, alternative energy technologies and real estate development.
We have privatized Cameroon’s transportation infrastructure to build an improved urban and rural transportation systems.
Currently, TAUG is focused on three operational objectives:
1. Completed transportation contracts in excess of $USD 150 million
2. Opening two operational factories in Africa
3. Acquired Cameroon’s existing bus transportation infrastructure
TAUG’s Core Business
TAUG has three operating divisions as follows: the Transportation Management Group, the Sales and Assembly Group and the R&D Group. Each is introduced below.
1. Transportation Management Group (TMG) – The TMG assumes the management, operation and asset utilization of government-run transportation infrastructure. The group will be assuming control over its first urban and rural bus service in Cameroon.
2. Sales & Assembly Group (SMG) – The SMG sells, manufactures and/or delivers vehicles to developing countries. It currently has the following projects.
o Provision of military vehicles in Niger. LOI value $3M.
o Establishment of an assembly factory in Cameroon.
3. The R&D Group – The R&D Group is responsible for commercializing advanced automotive technology that will provide the company with alternative engery motor vehicles to sell worldwide. The R&D Group has acquired technologies that will be integrated into“Super Hybrid” vehicles with ranges of up to 400 miles on a charge, costing less than a full sized SUV, or full-sized pickup truck. Some of these technologies include:
o Electric vehicles
o Internal combustion radial engines
o Multi-fuel rotary engines

* Automotive sales and distribution of a full model lineup of cars, trucks, and buses through automotive dealerships.
* Sales and distribution of automotive products from Refined Global Solution, Inc.including OilRig®, SuperRig®; FleetWatch®, Clean Boost®, MettlePlus ®, and other aftermarket parts, products, and services.In-country, CKD (Completely Knocked Down) and SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) automotive assembly plants.

* Automotive fleet operations, including fleet financing and sales, vehicle supply, fleet maintenance, and fleet leasing of almost any kind of automotive fleet; including taxi, buses, truck transportation, corporate, government, and military fleet.
TAUG fleet operations can help fleet operators set up and run an efficient, profitable business. Fleet vehicle financing, leasing, management, and maintenance are available for taxi and bus operators. Military and government administrative fleets requirements can be leased or contracted to TAUG, lowering and economizing government transportation costs.

TAUG is the exclusive Africa distributor of fine vehicle engine care and performance products from Refined Global Solutions, Inc. Applying these products in unison on medium and heavy-duty trucks can extend engine life and increase fuel economy by up to 25%.
Management
The management team has over 100 years of combined experience in managing the marketing and sales, manufacturing and distribution of automobiles as well as first hand experience in transportation asset management and utilization. The management team is complemented with an impressive core staff with expertise in engineering; automotive engineering, sales, and distribution; foreign languages; international business; international and US politics; and finance.
Joseph W. Parker Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
He is a graduate of West Point with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering and graduate studies in International Affairs at North Carolina State University. He served as an officer in the United States Army from 1975 to 1995. Following Mr. Parker’s retirement from the United States Army, he served as an African area specialist at the highest levels of the United States Government in addition to serving as a Defense Attaché and Senior Defense Intelligence Agency analyst from 1985 to 1995. In 1995, Mr. Parker joined General Motors, and served 5 years as Sales Manager for General Motors Africa-Middle East Operations, until he started working on his current project. As a result of his public and private job experience, Mr. Parker has formed strong international business and political contacts at the highest levels of countries and international businesses.
James G. Buck President
Jim Buck graduated from West Point in 1971 with Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and served in the United States Army as an artillary officer for five years. He moved on to an eighteen year career in the heavy construction industry leading various efforts focused on cost controls, scheduling and contract administration on nuclear, petro-chemical, public works and private construction projects in Washington and Alaska. He was elected to the Washington State Legislature in 1994, and continues to serve as a state representative from the 24th Legislative District. As a member of the State Legislature, Jim has served as Natural Resources Committee Chairman, Republican Caucus Chairman and Chairman of the House Republican Campaign Committee. His committee assignments over the years include Children and Family Services, Community Security, Natural Resources, Transportation, Appropriations, Higher Education and The Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commissions. His two most noteworthy legislative accomplishments include prime sponsorship of the 1998 Salmon Recovery Act and the 1999 Forest and Fish Act which provide the framework for Washington State’s response to the Federal Endangered Species Act listing of salmon and steelhead. He joined PTI as President in May 0f 2005 and serves on the board of directors of Parker Automotive Group International.
Dan Goldman Director, VP Business Development & Treasurer
Mr. Goldman brings 23 years of consulting experience in managing, and operating businesses through both D.C. Goldman & Associates and Venture Velocity Partners. Recently he was Chairman, CFO, and Founder of Ignition Technologies, Inc. a mobile multi-player game development Company. In earlier efforts, Dan was CFO, Chairman and founder of Executive Wireless, Inc. a mobile data provider to the real estate industry; and an initial founder and director of Can Am International Investment Corp, where he acted as CFO and assisted in taking the company public (NASDAQ). He has been a well recognized strategic business consultant and investor for the past 23 years. He currently serves as a board member of several companies.
Don Durand Chief Operating Officer
Graduate of Royal Military College with a Bachelors of Engineering and has an Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University. He served as an Engineer Officer in both the Canadian and British Armies. During his career in the military, Mr. Durand served with distinction in many complex operations around the world both as a peacekeeper and during peace making operations. Following his retirement from the Army, Mr. Durand turned his focus to helping start-up companies establish their markets and set-up their operations to meet growing demand. He has broad company experience in finance, sales, business development, marketing, product management and operations as well as pan-industry experience from software development, entertainment and military simulation to transportation infrastructure. He recently sold his 3Dsimulation training company to join TUAG to help lead and grow its worldwide operations.
Ralph J. Thomson, Ph.D., MALD, MA Director
Dr. Thomson’s career involves over thirty years’ experience in state/local and Federal government advocacy, legislative and regulatory activity as well as international policymaking, negotiations, technology and trade consulting, business, and higher education. He is currently Chairman and CEO of International Business Catalysts, LLC (IBC), a firm devoted to partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, representation to U.S. and foreign governments, technology transfer, trade and finance. During his career, Thomson has been responsible for private and public sector project funding, joint ventures and technology sales contracts totaling over $500M in the U.S., Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Public sector funding and policy activities have involved U.S. government agencies, the United Nations, the World Bank/IMF, and regional development banks.
William T. Jacobson Director
Mr. Jacobson has been president and CEO of Atlas Mining Company since August of 1997. He has worked directly in the mining industry for over 12 years. Mr. Jacobson also spent 15 years in the banking industry. He graduated with a B. S. in Business Administration from the University of Idaho in 1971 and is a member of the Northwest Mining Association.
