Protection

(NYSE: ADP), Pershing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of New York (NYSE: BNY), Penson Financial Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Penson Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq: PNSN) and Interactive Brokers LLC.
All Funds and security positions of our clients are always in the custody of ADP Clearing, Pershing, Penson Financial Services Inc. or Interactive Brokers LLC. All deposits of funds and transfer of positions into the accounts of our customers are made directly to the Clearing Firms for the sub-account of each client. All disbursements of funds or transfer of positions out of the clients’ accounts go out only to the person or entity that has been registered as owner of the account upon its opening.
