Rhino Outdoor International, Inc. (OTCBB:RHOI)

Rhino Outdoor International, Inc. (OTCBB: RHOI) is a development company that operates outdoor activity based businesses. Whether in the mountains, deserts, waterways, roads or skies consumers have adopted outdoor lifestyle activities – and are purchasing the equipment and services that sustain them – at an ever-increasing rate. It is the vision of the company to build an organization of manufacturers with a common appeal to this growing market.

Rhino Off-Road Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of ROI, is the manufacturer of the innovative Rhino Rough Terrain Vehicle (RTV). The RTV was designed for active, outdoor oriented families who want to experience off-road adventure in virtually any terrain. The Rhino RTV has added a new dimension to wilderness adventure tours and created a new category in the growing off-road rental industry. It has also provided a solution for the emergency and rapid-response industry.

R&D and manufacturing of the Rhino RTV is located in Henderson, Nevada. The company is in the process of implementing a manufacturing and assembly facility in Handan, China. Delivery of the first product from the off-shore facility is anticipated by the end of 2007.

The company is striving to consolidate other manufacturers of products in the outdoor recreation industry. The company has retained western US distribution rights for the XBoard (a jet-powered surfboard)..

Rhino Off-Road Industries, Inc. is the manufacturer of the innovative Rhino Off-Road Rough Terrain Vehicle® (RTV®). The RTV® has been designed for active, outdoor oriented families and individuals wanting to experience off-road adventure in virtually any off-road terrain. The ROIRTV® has added a new dimension to wilderness adventure tours and created a new category in the growing off-road rental industry.

Rapid Response RTV

Rhino Off-Road Industries, Inc. is manufacturing a customized RTV® to meet the unique challenges of first response and search and rescue organizations. The “Rapid Response” Rough Terrain Vehicle® (RR/RTV®) will be based on the innovative ROI RTV® design platform. Design modifications will be made and accessories will be added to the vehicle to support first response activities in off-highway terrains that are currently inaccessible to most other vehicles. Key design changes include increasing the wheelbase to allow for additional passengers and equipment, expanding battery capacity to support communications and lighting and creating space for emergency equipment accessories such as winches, tool boxes, medical equipment and poly-tanks for fire retardants.

Rhino Outdoor International, Inc. has appointed Arizona Emergency Products, Inc. to represent the company’s Rapid Response Rough Terrain Vehicle® (RR/RTV®) to U.S. based government organizations involved in emergency response to include police, fire, and Homeland Security agencies such as the Border Patrol, the Forest Service, and the FBI. “The unique design platform of the Rhino Off-Road Rapid Response RTV® is ideal for back-country access and off-highway first response and emergency activities,” stated Mike Chamberlain, President of AEP. “When customized with emergency accessories by AEP, first responders will be able execute rescue, firefighting, and law enforcement activities in areas previously only accessible by foot, horseback, small ATVs, or helicopter.” The US market for off-road emergency vehicles is estimated to exceed $50 million in annual sales. “AEP demonstrated the RR/RTV® to government agencies that will put the RTV® to work as a rapid response vehicle. This is such a great solution to back-country and rough terrain access needs for these agencies. It’s not just that they go where you point them, but they get you there and back safely – and without kidney damage – while traveling at the required speed for first response,” stated Howard Pearl, CEO of ROI. “Over the past six months AEP has field-tested the Rhino Off-Road RTV® with our customers to obtain feedback. Without exception, the response has been very positive,” reported Mike Chamberlain. “Agency representatives who have driven the RR/RTV® in off-road terrains are very impressed with its capabilities and are anxious to place orders.”

Manufacturing

Rhino Off-Road Industries is pleased to report that Hebei Sida Industry Group (HSIG), ROI’s sales and manufacturing partner in China, has reached significant milestones in preparation for the assembly and manufacturing of the Rhino Off-Road Rough Terrain Vehicle. Howard Pearl, CEO and President, recently returned from China and reports that key manufacturing equipment is in place and materials and parts are in the process of being sourced.

Representatives from ROI have made numerous trips to China to coordinate set-up of the production line and to work with counterparts at HSIG to place initial orders for materials and components for the assembly of the vehicles. Design and engineering plans are in place and a template vehicle was delivered to the facility in June. HSIG has placed an order for 1000 vehicles to be delivered over the next three years as part of the agreement between the companies.

The company plans to introduce the ROI RTV to the Chinese market at iOffroad Asia.. (An international exhibition of off-road vehicles which will be held at the China World Trade Center in Beijing, December 5 – 8th 2007.)

The market for off-road vehicles in China has quadrupled over the past 5 years and is growing at over 18% per year. Experts predict that China will be the world’s largest auto market within the next decade.

HSIG has a 100,000 square foot facility, which is large enough to produce 5000 RTVs per year. The first phase will include two product lines housed in 30,000 square feet with annual production of up to 1000 RTVs. In order to meet production demand, the facility will feature in-house tube-bending, laser cutting and a large powder-coating facility. Additionally an on-site off-road testing area will be built.

The production floor is set-up, equipment is operational and technicians are working through the various manufacturing and assembly processes. Design and engineering staff from headquarters in Henderson, Nevada are scheduled to travel to Handan in the early September to supervise and train the team in Handan as they assemble their first vehicles.

HSIG has placed an initial order for 1000 RTVs over the next three years as part of the agreement with ROI.

Rhino Off-Road Industries continues to produce vehicles at the company’s R&D and assembly factory in Henderson, Nevada to meet demands for US made product.
