EntreMetrix Corporation
EntreMetrix Corporation (OTCBB: ERMX) acts as a Business Development Company and is developing a number of portfolio investment companies in its quest to increase the Company’s net asset value. Whenever EntreMetrix guides a new portfolio company through the IPO process, all EntreMetrix shareholders receive shares of the newly formed entity in the form of an equity dividend. For individual investors owning ERMX, this means that each time EntreMetrix brings a portfolio company public, existing investors will automatically receive new shares at IPO prices.
EntreMetrix uses its expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to handle 100% of all accounting, financial, and SEC compliance issues for each portfolio company. This allows portfolio companies to focus on their core business while EntreMetrix guides them through the process of becoming a public company. In exchange for services rendered, EntreMetrix receives between 10-30% equity interest in each portfolio company which is spun-off to all EntreMetrix shareholders as an equity dividend.
Advanced Nitride Devices, one portfolio company recently announced, is engaged in the manufacturing of the semiconductor Gallium Nitride (GaN). GaN is considered by many to be the most important semiconductor since Silicon. GaN is needed for a variety next-generation technology devices, including the manufacturing of each Blu-Ray disc (the successor to DVD), which will be utilized by Sony’s Playstation 3. Another portfolio company announced is in the temporary staffing industry with a focus on technology, health care and niche industrial staffing.
By partnering with EntreMetrix, these portfolio companies can focus on their core business while EntreMetrix handles all the accounting, financial, and SEC compliance issues.
Portfolio Company
EntreMetrix, Inc. recently announced that one of their first portfolio companies will be Advanced Nitride Devices, Inc., a manufacturer of raw Gallium Nitride. Gallium nitride is probably the most important semiconductor material since silicon. It emits brilliant light as well as being the key material for next generation high frequency, high power transistors capable of operating at high temperatures.
The total market for Gallium Nitride devices is forecast to grow over 1300% to $7.2 billion between 2004 and 2009. One of the main drivers in the increase in market demand is the market penetration of Blu-Ray discs just starting to hit store shelves. Blu-Ray media is being manufactured by several billion dollar corporations including as Sony, Maxell, Fujifilm, HP, TDK, Memorex, Phillips, and Panasonic. All of these companies will require large amounts of raw Gallium Nitride.
Blu-Ray Discs are set to replace DVDs as the standard for film, music, and games, with 5X the storage capacity of the DVD, which allows for Film Picture Quality beyond anything available. Blu-Ray discs utilize the full potential of today’s High Definition TVs. Over 170 companies have already announced that they will use Blu-Ray discs including: Sony, Apple, Dell, HP, Panasonic, Philips, Samsung, and Warner Brothers.
On Apr. 10, 2006, TDK began shipping Blu-Ray recordable a nd rewritable media. TDK was the first to market with Blu-Ray media and it just happened on Apr. 10th. Sony, Maxell, Fujifilm, Memorex, Phillips, and Panasonic are also set to ship Blu-Ray media very soon.
EntreMetrix intends to use its financial support expertise to create alliances between Advanced Nitride Devices and several major Blu-Ray media companies. All Entremetrix shareholders will automatically receive shares of Advanced Nitride Devices at IPO prices when it begins trading on the OTCBB.
