(OTC:STMC – News), an Internet entertainment company specializing in mobile marketing campaigns, and SOBA International Group, a China-based professional media and investment company specializing in brand, product and integrated marketing with clients including Lufthansa, Olympus and Volvo, announce plans for a joint venture to expand Smart SMS’s premium text messaging platform throughout China. A Smart SMS Corp. satellite office will open in Beijing’s SOHO district in the coming months to oversee campaign activities.

Stoner will work closely with SOBA, overseeing all projects in the Beijing office on behalf of Smart SMS Corp. including the upcoming Miss Asia International pageant and the 2008 Olympics anticipated premium SMS campaigns.
