W.E.ROCK and Off-Road Brands Make-up First Wave
HENDERSON, Nev.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Rhino Outdoor International, Inc. (OTCBB: RHOIE – News), which operates outdoor activity based businesses announced today that the company is moving forward on its strategic plan to add additional brands through acquisition, JV’s and mergers to the ROI Family of Companies The initial focus is on the growing off-road vehicles category, with emphasis on manufacturers of sand rails and buggies. Earlier this week the company announced a share exchange agreement with W.E.ROCK (the World Extreme Rock Crawling Championship Series) which is expected to complete on, or about, September 1st.
“We are pleased that the definitive transaction with W.E.ROCK is expected to be complete by September,” stated Howard Pearl, CEO and President of ROI. “This business relationship will allow us to showcase our expanding line of Rhino Off-Road RTVs as we build on the successful, event promotion foundation that W.E.ROCK has established. Additionally, we have been negotiating with other strategic targets that we anticipate being able to announce in the near future.”
“As with the W.E.ROCK agreement, future targets will build on our Off-Road and outdoor activity brand. The companies that we are working with are all existing manufacturers, each with their own position in their specific space. These brands would augment our product offerings and expand the line-up needed to reach the growing off-road enthusiast market, ranging from entry level vehicles to the absurdly extreme.
