CHEYNEY, PA–(MARKET WIRE)–Apr 17, 2007 — City Capital (OTC BB:CCCN.OB – News) CEO Ephren W. Taylor II will donate a significant gift to Cheyney University of Pennsylvania on Friday, April 20, 2007 at Cheyney’s Graduate School site, 701 Market Street (Mellon Building, third floor) in Philadelphia, PA. The event is open to the public. Taylor will be presenting a $350,000 check to create a specialized curriculum institute for high school and college-aged aspiring entrepreneurs. The Ephren W. Taylor II Entrepreneurial Institute is scheduled to open in July 2007.

“The American service industry calls upon higher education to create programs that spark the spirit of enterprise. The parallel development of an international program and the Ephren W. Taylor II Entrepreneurial Institute at Cheyney University will make our graduates an invaluable human capital resource for both developed and developing countries,” comments M. Starita Boyce, Ph.D., vice president for Institutional Advancement at Cheyney. “There is no better place for learning than Cheyney University; America’s Oldest Historically Black Institution for Higher Education, and the alma mater of giants such as Edward R. Bradley, Rebecca Cole, M.D. and James R. Dumpson, Ph.D.”

“It is a great honor to be a catalyst for student entrepreneurs and to transfer the advantages that I had growing up to our youth. It is particularly gratifying to partner with a Historically Black College, specifically America’s oldest HBCU. We intend to use the Institute at Cheyney as an international model for future partnerships in higher education,” asserts Taylor.

Taylor will also make a presentation to Tom Joyner’s Foundation during his visit. Joyner has referred to Taylor as “Living Black History” on his national radio show. Other public events at which Mr. Taylor will featured are the Leaders and Legends Luncheon April 21st at 1:30p.m., and at the 10:30 a.m. service on Sunday, April 22nd at the Life In Christ Cathedral of Faith at 3012 W 3rd Street in Chester, PA.
