OXMI is a leading developer of digital VOD and PPV entertainment systems for the Hospitality Industry.
– Oxford’s goal for hotel VOD deployments is 228 hotels by the end of 2006 and over 700 hotels in aggregate by the end of 2007.
– Oxford expects to be cash flow positive from operations by Q1 2007. Gross margins from recurring revenue are expected to be at or above 45%.
– Oxford’s announced approval by Choice Hotels as an “Endorsed Vendor” is a huge leap forward for the Company. The endorsement allows Oxford and its dealers to sell directly to Choice Hotel’s 5200 properties representing approximately 425,000 hotel rooms.
– Oxford is following its 3 year plan to have sold and installed its VOD System to 1500 hotels which would result in annual recurring revenue from Video on Demand sales of approximately $39,600,000 based upon a rate of $22 per room per month calculation.
Oxford is definitely focusing on its core business.
OXMI is not really well known yet, but will be soon as the Company is making strong gains within the Hotel VOD marketplace.
