Stock Guru spoke with Richard Schnoor, Director of International Operations for Network Exploration, Ltd. on Saturday and Sunday — He leaves for Chile today to enter into the contract currently supported by the Memorandum of Understanding regarding the Chilean property and NETYF’s interest.
Richard explained how mining operations work for a junior mining company. “The actual developement and mining operation is done by the majors. The majors spend little time or money on exploration these days. So we will not be effected by labor problems due to the fact the labor we hire on contract basis for exploration only. Also, Financing in Canada for commodity projects has never been better and we will be completing a financing on our return. We have received a number of calls from groups which want to participate in further financings. Capital is available when we sign the final contract in Chile next week.”
