ImageXpres at Point of Convergence for Core CompetenciesIMJX ImageXpres Corporation

IMJX has taken its core competency, digital imaging, and combined and cross-marketed three complementary services and products through both their iPrint Kiosks and their website.

IMJX offers:

1. Digital imaging

2. Digital signage

3. Advertising

The union of the three complementary business and the growing attraction for prints from digital images provides an opportunity for cross-marketing. Substantial volumes of business from customers introduced to the ImageXpres business through kiosks will allow users to source a premiere supplier under one kiosk. IMJX’s latest innovations will continue to benefit by internet connected iPrint Kiosk promotion.

iPrint Digital Image Kiosk

ImageXpres is not your ordinary photo kiosk. IMJX has targeted the highest density tourist destinations for their internet connected photo kiosks beginning with Orlando. These kiosks connect their patrons to the internet while showcasing IMJX’s core competencies which extend significantly beyond retail photography!

ImageXpress has entered the rapidly growing $50 billion digital imaging/information and on-demand print industries market through internet connected iPrint Kiosks . iPring Kiosks are free-standing imaging/print Kiosks that offer consumers convenient customer service and order fulfillment. The ImageXpres Digital iPrint Kiosks are broadband connected, creating a WiFi gateway for mobile phones, PDAs, and notebook PCs and able to fully support a wide range of business services in addition to the primary imaging applications.

IMJX Kiosks provide large format prints up to 24″ x 36″ which are difficult to obtain at many photo locations. While at the Kiosk consumers can opt to obtain wholesale fulfillment.

Digital iPrint Kiosks, are sold into the U.S. retail and hospitality markets.

On Demand Printing and Multimedia Service

The market for “on-demand” custom printing and multimedia services is booming. Over 22 million digital cameras were shipped in 2005, with 29+ million expected in 2006, and an installed base of 350 million expected by 2008.

Digital camera phone sales and the installed base is in an expansion mode, with sales of camera phones expected to surpass 950 Million units by 2009.

While most have converted to digital cameras, print images continue to be an important product. Print on Demand of digital images is a market that is expected to exceed $75 Billion by 2008.

The larger info/imaging market expected to exceed $100 billion by 2008.

Digital Advertising

With its digital advertising media subsidiary, 1080i Media, headquartered in Orlando, FL, and a satellite office in Tampa, FL. IMJX has initiated its kiosk business in the highest density tourist destination in the Unitied States. Initial sales and market trials are now well underway in Orlando, Florida.

Their geographic targets are developing in conjunction with their new website, http://www.1080imedia.com that will feature advertisements of current clients, and deliver additional media exposure for its clients via multimedia technology strategies.

IMJX’s joint venture agreement with The Franchise Edge (TFE), a Tampa, Florida-based franchise development and marketing company, to distribute, market, and support ImageXpres’ LitePix Digital Signage Systems in the Orlando and South Florida retail and hospitality market. The business agreement dictated the formation of an advertising media marketing company, 1080i Media, LLC that will spearhead the marketing and sales efforts in the Orlando test market and verify the business model for future franchise development activity in third quarter 2007.
