Kevan Casey
CEO

Kevan Casey has served as a Director since July 2004 and Chief Executive Officer and President since February 2008. Between July 2004 and September 2007, Mr. Casey was our President and Chief Executive Officer. From April 2003 until December 2005, Mr. Casey was chairman of eLinear, Inc., an integrated technology solutions provider of security, IP Telephony and network and storage solutions infrastructure listed on the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Casey co-founded NetView Technologies, Inc. in December 2001 and served as its president from its inception. NetView was acquired by eLinear, Inc. in April 2003. In 1998, Mr. Casey founded United Computing Group and United Consulting Group, a value-added retailer and an information technology consulting firm, where he served as president and chief executive officer. In December 1999, United Computing Group and United Consulting Group were acquired by C1earWorks.net, Inc., and Mr. Casey continued as president of the companies until December 2001.

Robert Wonish
President & COO

Mr. Wonish has over 32 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Recently, from 2007 to 2008, Mr. Wonish was President & COO of Petroleum Engineers Inc, a 38 year old firm with over 175 employees and consultants worldwide. He managed personnel in Texas and Louisiana as well as other company operations. Prior to that, from 1992 to 2002, Mr. Wonish was associated with Panaco, Inc. in increasing levels of management culminating with being named President and COO in 2000. During his tenure as President, he managed a $40 million capital budget, led the company’s hedging group, and was ultimately responsible for all engineering, geological and geophysical decisions. Mr. Wonish started his career in 1975 as a Petroleum Engineer for Amoco Production Company where he managed production from over 500 oil and gas wells. Mr. Wonish received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.

Steven Plumb
CFO

Mr. Steven M. Plumb, has served as the Company’s chief financial officer(”CFO”) since April 2008. Mr. Plumb is a CPA licensed to practice in Texas. Mr. Plumb is a financial manager and senior executive experienced in operations, finance and marketing. Mr. Plumb is the president of Clear Financial Solutions, Inc. a business consulting firm that assists public and private companies with financing, operations improvement, outsourced accounting, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and financial analysis. From 2002 through 2004, Mr. Plumb served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Adventrx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Plumb served as the Chief Financial Officer of DePelchin Children’s Center, and as controller of Memorial City Rehabilitation Hospital in Houston, Texas. Mr. Plumb is a former auditor and consultant with KPMG. Mr. Plumb earned his BBA degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

James T. DeGraffenreid
VP of Land and Business Development

James T. (Jim) DeGraffenreid joined Striker Oil & Gas as Vice President of Land and Business Development in November 2007. Prior to joining Striker Oil & Gas, Jim served as Corporate Secretary and Director of Land and Business Development for Sterling Energy, Inc. Jim brings with him extensive experience in oil and gas acquisitions and divestitures along with a wide range of industry and business expertise. He was instrumental in a number of successful acquisitions that led to the rapid growth of Sterling’s U.S. division in recent years. Jim has over 27 years’ of experience in the industry serving senior and management roles with both large and small independent E&P companies. He has a B.B.A. in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Oklahoma.
