Enterayon, Inc. (OTC: ETYN) has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the formation of a new wholly owned subsidiary, North Bay Resources, Inc. This announcement places Enterayon four square in the exploration and mining business with ties to sophisticated financial activities: arbitrage. The purpose of this marriage of mining and finance is to mitigate risk.
North Bay Resources will focus initially solely on the most precious metal, gold. The Mission of North Bay resources will be to generate 100% of its revenue from sales of gold. Enterayon, Inc. intends to arbitrage gold sales without the risk involved in mining operations by entering into long-term contracts with mining companies whose operations produce gold as a by-product from production of other metals, such as silver, copper, lead, and zinc.
According to CEO Perry Leopold, “North Bay Resources is an important next-step in Enterayon’s evolution as a 21st century natural resources company. By leveraging our assets with our experience in the financial markets, we expect to be able to mitigate risk through access to global supply of natural resources on a forward contract basis with other producers that consider our targets to be operational by-products.”
