StockGuru Blog: China Wireless Communications – Time to Start Looking for Third Quarter Results

CWLC – Stock GuruProfile – China Wireless Communications

I think it’s time to look closely at CWLC and decide where they are headed both for the short term and the long term. With restricted shares I am very interested in both.

China Wireless released second quarter results on May 15, 2007. We are fast approaching the time for third quarter releases. This is an important week to take a close look at this stock and decide what the sales figures are going to indicate. First quarter 2007 sales were over $153,000. For the year ended 2006, China Wireless notched over $478,000 in sales.

It’s time to make a call about third quarter.

CWLC is an information technology company working in the information technology industry and providing both wireless and wired high-speed data and telecommunication systems to its customers. In addition CWLC provide wireless connectivity for data and video surveillance networks and options in information technology, systems engineering, low voltage power, backup systems for data network equipment, data and video cabling and video surveillance equipment.

CWLC contract this past June with Hyundai High-tech Electronics, Inc, to provide electronic parts for Hyundai automobiles. China Wireless will provide outsourced engineering, management, maintenance, and computer equipment for the headquarters and manufacturing plant located in Tianjin, China. That’s big.

Precisely What CWLC Does:

CWLC owns a fifty-one percent interest in Tianjin Create IT Company Ltd., a People’s Republic of China company.

Create Co. provides information technology systems integration and internet protocol services to customers. It also provides IP routing equipment and network cabling and its customers are principally in the People’s Republic of China. Tianjin City is the third largest city in China and an hour away from Beijing. Create Co has a customer base in the education, oil and gas, banking, brokerage, commercial and government sectors and provided CWLC with an established presence in China.

During the third quarter of 2006, the Company formed a wholly owned subsidiary, CW Communications, Inc., a Colorado corporation (”CW Communications”), which operates in north Texas. Through CW Communications, technical and sales opportunities presented by the information technology side of its business are leveraged in the areas of video surveillance design, engineering and installation.

Our shares are restricted and we are sticking with CWLC. I think their Hyundai agreement is stunning and bodes well for the rest of their businesses.
