StockGuru Blog: China Wireless Communications (CWLC) – Proving They are a Part of the Chinese Business Culture

CWLCChina Wireless Communications

CWLC, by locating in Tianjin, China’s third largest city on the dynamic east coast and an hour north of Beijing, has positioned itself in one of the most dynamic manufacturing areas in China.

We are witnessing an amazing trend here. This company has the ability to build serious business relationships. When I evaluate a company, I always look at the quality of the business they are bringing in. The quality of the contracts CWLC is delivering tells me this company understands how to do business in China, which is crucial.

A Western company cannot always expect Chinese firms to embrace their product and services even if they are superior to the competitions’ product. CWLC has demonstrated that they not only understand the Chinese business culture, I think we can safely say — at this point — they are a part of the Chinese business culture.

First they snagged a coveted contract with Hyundai High-Tech Electronics, Ltd in Tianjing.

Now they have a serious contract with Hongmeigui Foods, Ltd. to engineer the various manufacturing plant computer network systems along with the network management system to manage them. The Hongmeigui Foods manufacturing plant is based in Tianjin, China.

These are TWO fabulous contracts.

CWLC will build the network for Hyundai’s headquarters and manufacturing plant based in Tianjin, China.

By engineering and installing the networks designed to support the manufacturing and company computer systems for Hongmeigui Foods, CWLC is building powerful relations in the Tianjin area. In addition to the computer system, CWLC will design the network management systems that will monitor and manage the systems throughout the manufacturing plant located in Tianjin, China.

Hongmeigui Foods, Ltd. has strong roots in China and has for over 60 years been China’s largest manufacturer of spices and food supplements. Their main products are MSG, chicken broth, and other seasonings.

I am left wondering what else CWLC has in the works because Tianjin is the place to be! This is a city of TEN MILLION PEOPLE, Beijing has 12.8 million. So this is a very large city by anyone’s standards!

Tianjin’s GDP outpaces the rest of China. This is a fabulous growth area. The Statistics Bureau just reported the total production value for the first half of 2007 is 231.226 billion with an increase of 14.5% comparing 14.4% for the first half of last year. The Tianjin economy development keeps growing. CWLC has proven they have the key relationships necessary to flourish in this high growth environment.
