ParaFin Corporation (OTCBB: PFNC) is a development stage company that intends to explore oil and gas properties. The company has also acquired all rights and patents to an ergonomic computer work station called the PCE (Personal Computer Environment). On April 11th, the Board of Directors of ParaFin Corporation announced that Parafin has made an offer to acquire a 50% working interest in a Hydrocarbon Concession and operating oil field in the Republic of Columbia, South America. In early 2006, ParaFin agreed to purchase PCE, Inc. A manufacturer and marketer of high-end workstations, PCE has developed a radical new design for the computing environment. PCE’s revolutionary design is patent pending. The design has garnered impressive international media attention on CNN, and in Wired and Popular Science magazines. Its computing stations are already being used by prominent international clients such as Hewlett Packard (Singapore), Mussel Shoals College in Alabama and True Corporation (formerly Asia Telecom, Thailand).
