SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc. (Pink Sheets: SSPE) announced that it has completed the formation of MMA Games LLC with partners Barking Lizards LLC and Summit Advisory Partners to create the new “Art of War” Video Game.
Barking Lizard Technologies CEO Drew Fisher stated in a press release, “‘Art of War’ for the Xbox 360 is being developed as a cutting edge fighting game that focuses on, and reinforces, the ‘Art of War’ fighting competition. The game will be built using the latest techniques to deliver a compelling and innovative game mechanic specially designed for this type of fighting. In addition, the game will use likenesses of the current and future stars of the ring in new and fantastical ways, extending their capabilities beyond that of mere mortals.”
The company also recently announced that former director of Global Sports Marketing for Nike, Steve Miller, will join the SUN board of directors. In a press release, SUN President J. Buckeye Epstein said the addition of Miller’s experience and energy will contribute to the company’s growth and position in the industry.
Last week the company announced it will be the first Mixed Martial Arts Events and Production company for an upcoming $5 billion Ultimate Resorts Project in Las Vegas.
