Sparta Commercial Services, Inc. (SRCO.OB) Subsidiary Adding Exposure through Partnership with SprocketList.com

Everyone has heard of “Carfax” and its service of providing history reports on used vehicles. Most have even seen the commercials that make light of the creative wording that people use to describe the damage that occurred to a vehicle. In the world of motorcycles, the service is performed by a company called Specialty Reports (DBA “Cyclechex”), a subsidiary of Sparta Commercial Services, Inc. (OTCBB:SRCO), a New York-based, nationwide financial services company offering financing and leasing products to consumers and retail powersports dealers.

Cyclechex is in the business of offering online access to detailed product ownership and usage reports for various classes of previously owned assets. Cyclechex’s initial product release is the Cyclechex Motorcycle History Report.

Today, Sparta announced that its subsidiary has signed a partnership agreement with www.SprocketList.com, an online classified advertising website focused on the powersports market. SprocketList.com is part of the Raceway Media network, a multimedia publishing firm serving the racing and performance industries, which has a host of partnering websites including Autoweek and SPEED. SprocketList.com will now feature integrated links to Cyclechex which will allow visitors to easily purchase motorcycle history reports as an added feature to their listing or to help in confidently making a purchase.

Considering that Sprocklist.com is widely-used by motorcycle enthusiasts and retail dealers, with over 1 million visitors and 70 million page views per month, Cyclechex should significantly increase its visibility with this new strategic alliance.

Last month, Sparta gained additional exposure and revenue-generating potential for Cyclechex through a new partnership with IronPlanet, one of the world’s leading online auction companies for used construction, agricultural equipment, automobiles, powersports and motorcycles. Just before this agreement was announced, Sparta reported that thirty industry related companies with an online presence had joined the Cyclechex Affiliate Program in the short time since the initial Cyclechex website first appeared.

Similar to the popularity that Carfax achieved, Cyclechex certainly appears to be gaining some traction as the first and only exclusive provider of online motorcycle history reports. In the December press release regarding IronPlanet, Anthony Havens, CEO of both Sparta and Specialty Reports, commented, “Most important to us at Cyclechex is the fact that our product is generating a great deal of attention in the powersports marketplace, and in virtually every related segment of the industry.”
