Solei Systems Incorporated is an industry leader in the field of tanning and LED products. As of May 2, 2008 the company began trading on the Pink Sheets exchange, and CEO Paul Spivak anticipates that, within the next few months, the company will transition onto a senior exchange. The company consists of three divisions: Intelligent Tanning Systems (ITS), Light Therapy Systems (LTS) and BioScience Systems. All three of these divisions manufacture their own equipment in-house, which greatly reduces costs and increases efficiency.
The Intelligent Tanning Systems division is focused on sunless tanning machines and equipment to meet the needs of today’s marketplace. The tanning machines and equipment offered through ITS are ultra-violet (UV) free and offer an affordable option for both retail and residential customers. ITS has also developed a patent pending, state-of-the-art LED tanning technology that is the only one of its kind, and has been revolutionizing the tanning industry since its release in early 2008. Their LED tanning machine adjusts the level of the tan to the user’s skin type automatically through a microprocessor-ontrolled skin sensor.
Light Therapy Systems (LTS) is a research and development company that manufactures commercial phototherapy equipment for skin care applications to the health, beauty, and medical industries. The technologies used by this group have been proven to treat several types of skin disorders by NASA! All products are professional-grade equipment with several patents pending. The products are all liquid cooled to make them much more efficient and durable than competitive products, and can even be used in cosmetic applications, like acne treatment. Light Therapy Systems also has its own line of lotions and solutions, which are designed to complement and work in tandem with its phototherapy treatment equipment.
The BioScience Systems division has a number of advanced and patented non-invasive medical LED technologies for medical applications, the most notable being their non-invasive glucose monitoring equipment. High powered LEDs can non-invasively monitor and warn diabetic patients of undesirable glucose levels, making the days of finger pricking a thing of the past. Their second product is a non-invasive amniocentesis testing device. This can give doctors clues about a baby’s health and sex while still in the womb without the use of a needle, which could pose potential danger to both mother and child. These inventions are new to the industry and changing the way many procedures are now done.
